How it Works
Get started by giving our office a call! There is no appointment required, so you do not have to wait days or weeks to reach out for support.

Connect privately and conveniently with your provider via video. Ensure you are physically in Florida.

Meet with your provider to discuss your concerns, symptoms, and next steps for care in a professional, supportive setting.

The provider will recommend a care plan and next steps, which may include treatment, medication support, follow-up, or short-term stabilization.

FAQs
At this time, this is a self-pay telehealth service, so we don’t accept insurance. I’m happy to go over pricing with you and answer any questions you may have.
No appointment is required. However, we do ask that you complete your demographic information ahead of time to help make your visit as smooth as possible. We see patients for urgent concerns, medication refills, and therapy services, and our goal is to meet each patient’s individual needs with timely and supportive care.
You’ll receive a secure link by text message by doxy prior to your appointment time. When you click the link, you’ll be connected to a virtual waiting room. A nurse will join first to review your medical history, current concerns, medications, treatment options and any necessary intake information.
Once your intake is complete, the provider will join the visit to discuss your symptoms, answer any questions, and go over your care plan. If needed, prescriptions, recommendations, or next steps will be provided during the visit.
Please make sure you’re in a quiet, private space with a stable internet connection at the time of your appointment. If you have any trouble accessing the link, we’re happy to assist you.
After your visit, we will schedule a follow-up appointment if needed and send any prescribed medications to your preferred pharmacy. You may also receive a follow-up call to check on your progress and ensure you’re doing well. If appropriate, we can provide referrals for additional care or services.
If you’re experiencing an urgent concern or crisis, please call us right away. We will accommodate you with a same-day televisit between 6:00 PM and 12:00 AM.
